Hamilton was the recipient of the Dallas Hanson Memorial Award, Gillespie won the Leadership Award, Seth Thoennes was named the Scout Player of the Year, Brady Perleberg was the Most Improved Varsity Player and Landon Stich was the Most Improved JV Player.

F.A.T.E. Award winners were Micah Fuller (Offense), Logan Haburn (Defense) and Ryland Yeats (Special Teams).

Head Coach Daniel Johnson explained the F.A.T.E. Awards this way, “We stress to our players that we will give ourselves our best chance to succeed if we line up correctly (Formation), know our assignments, perfect and execute our techniques, and work with high emotional, physical, and mental effort. It's our way to focus on and to take care of the controllable parts of the game. So our theme has been We Control FATE.”

Statistical leaders on the defensive side of the ball were Haburn (79.5 total tackles, 43 solo tackles, 9 tackles for loss, 2 interceptions, 2 fumble recoveries, 1 forced fumble), William Englund (3 fumble recoveries, 1 forced fumble), Gillespie (2 fumble recoveries, 1 forced fumble), Perleberg (2 interceptions, 1 fumble recovery), and Hamilton (49.5 total tackles, 24 solo tackles, 51 assisted tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery).

Offensively, Hamilton was the leading receiver with 15 catches for 315 yards and 7 touchdowns, Yeats was the leading rusher with 593 yards on 86 attempts and 6 TD’s, and Fuller completed 40-of-96 passes for 540 yards and 11 scores.  Haburn ran for 512 yards on 87 carries and scored 6 touchdowns.
